this is a secret birthday shout out to my dad and kellie!
+ We drove by the namesake of this movie.
+ As we drove south, greenery appeared, blossoms grew and the temperature rose.... It felt like we were magically driving into spring.
+ We toured the Ryman Auditorium, aka the Mother Church of Country Music, aka the former home of the Grand Ole Opry and the place where June Carter met 2 out of her 3 husbands...not to mention the site where so many talented musicians have played over the years. They told us that the acoustics in the Ryman were second to only the Mormon Tabernacle in Salt Lake City. It's funny they said that, because I've been there, and I was thinking that they kind of look alike!)
+ Via Audio played a free instore show at Grimey's record shop while we were in town. It's a lovely little store...I wanted to buy this, but they had just sold their only copy:(.
