looking lovely: Outdoor Showers

There's something so refreshing and almost magical about these outdoor showers.

In high school, there was a window in my shower with a view of the nearby mountains. I loved to turn off the lights in the bathroom after dark, hop in the shower, open the window, and look out at the lights on the slopes while I lathered up. It was almost as good as an outdoor shower. But not quite.

I've always wanted one, too! i had an awesome shower view in middle school in CA - palm trees during sunrise. and at girl's camp in CA they had no roof on the shower house and i LOVED that.

these are common in guam, but i'm sure it's because it's easier to rinse off sand outside than dragging it inside.

also, i want those swimsuits on the bottom. it's really hard to find those styles in an affordable price range now.

Oh, that second image... I'd definitely love to take a shower there, enjoying the mountain view!

@ Kirsten - I think I would love that whole house you guys lived in in CA from what I've seen of it

@ Lottie - Thanks!

@ Amanda - you would look so cute in that suit! Hopefully target will start selling cute suits like that...

@Nina - Isn't it great?! I'd want to shower there all summer long.

These showers are so great... but I'm way to much of a prude to ever consider using them!
