style snapshot ///// Mormon Fashion Bloggers

image ///// Kristine. or Polly

I knew that that a whole world of Mormon mommy bloggers existed. (Design Mom, Nie Nie, etc...) But I had no idea there was a whole community of Mormon fashion bloggers! This fact was brought to my attention just last week when I saw an image from The Daybook on Cup of Jo and decided to follow the link. Did you know about this phenomenon? Am I just behind the times?

In any case, I'm loving these girls' style... It's not always easy to dress modestly without looking dowdy. But instead they look pretty and demure. Nicely done. Now I just need to find a fashion blogger who looks this good while camouflaging a post-baby tummy.

Honestly, I don't see what's so "Mormon" about this post. These girls look beautiful, but I don't think the religious underpinning is necessary.

I know many people who dress like this who aren't at all religious. There's just as much modesty without theology too!

You're right, there are definitely people who dress like this who aren't Mormon or religious. But these bloggers identify themselves as "Mormon fashion bloggers", which I thought was interesting.

Aw, thanks Claire. I really love your style, too. (I've got to get myself a pair of red cords!)

I wouldn't have guessed this was a Mormon fashion-style. It looks more like a Spring line that anyone would be drawn to. I love the femininity and soft looks like this. Let's hope the weather picks up so we can all wear similar styles!
