looking lovely ///// The Month of Paper & Mia Pearlman

Is it May already? May is a big month for us nerds in the stationery industry because of the National Stationery Show in New York City.  Kirk and I decided not to make the trek out this year due to our new little bundle, but we're there in spirit! We've been busy readying our new collection, and can't wait to show it to everyone. I'll be sneaking you some peeks here and there up until the launch (which will hopefully be mid-month).

If you've been reading this blog for a while, then you know that every May is the Month of Paper in honor of the NSS. It's always fun for me (and hopefully for you) to focus all my posts on paper loveliness for an entire month.

I thought I'd start out with these paper cut weather formations by Mia Pearlman. Aren't they stunning?

I can't imagine how many hours of carefully drawing, painting, cutting, and installation goes into these. I'm in awe.
