This weekend Kirk is finally taking me out to dinner for my birthday (which was about a month ago). It's not his fault that it's so late... neither of us had the time until now! Between 2 family weddings with their accompanying activities and out-of-town visitors, along with a bunch of design deadlines for the new website and our 2012 spring collection, we haven't had much time.
So this Friday, I'm going to get dressed up smart, leave Ingrid with my parents, and go to a restaurant I've been wanting to try for ages. Better late than never.

Yay for your birthday! I am very very happy that you were born. I'm sorry that I missed it this year. I'm glad that Kirk is finally celebrating you-- I love birthdays that span out an entire month.
